Paula is a Reiki Master/Teacher of the Usui lineage. Reiki is her passion and the foundation of her life work – to serve as an instrument of healing and transformation.
It is her intention to demystify Reiki, making it easy for anyone to incorporate into their busy lives.
She is a gifted facilitator who involves everyone present in lively conversations about universal energy. She is masterful at telling colorful and heart-warming Reiki stories from her personal experience. Her workshops are fun and supportive of individual needs and interests.
Paula’s fascination with energy and the mind/body connection in healing began when she worked at UCSD Cancer Center in San Diego, California. Her focus evolved to wanting to help people get well and stay well. She began her journey as a healer with The Chopra Center for Well Being in La Jolla, California.
Body Energetics was created to support her vision of facilitating mind/body/spirit healing and wholeness. She has been a successful business owner in the healing arts profession since 1997 and is an accomplished public speaker on Reiki and incorporating the law of attraction in healing life’s challenges. She has facilitated group and private Reiki workshops since September, 2000 and her graduates are a blend of people of all ages and professions.
She taught Reiki at NAMTI Massage School in Prescott and Sedona for five years and currently offers private and group workshops throughout the United States.
In addition to Reiki workshops, her unique specialty as a holistic health practitioner is to offer private Reiki sessions with an intuitive blend of cranial-sacral therapy, acupressure, reflexology, and sound to a client’s individual needs. She offers personal growth seminars and individual mentoring.
Paula’s life experiences will be shared in her upcoming book, a compilation of stories of transformation and healing.
