What a fabulous visual and statement…I know that what is mine will claim me, know me, rush to me!  I surrender all my thoughts about what ‘could’ happen for what IS.  All is in Divine Right Order in my life.  As Spirit flows through me, I open all the doors within me to allow life and all its possibilities take root within me.  As I do so, I realize that there is an ‘order’ to my expression.  I relax into who I really am, to allowing Spirit to dance within me, move me in the perfect right direction of expression in all areas of my life.  I embrace myself, my unique expression of life.  The world I see is FULL of possibilities.  My needs and desires are ALWAYS met. 

I understand and absorb that the doors to each of my energy centers that fuel and nurture my entire being are permanently propped open.  Universal light swirls effortlessly through me from crown to root chakra, from root to crown chakra!  I am pure, shining white light expanding out from my heart center to each and every person on this planet, to all creatures big and small, to mother earth and her bounty, to the universe, affirming my union with All that Is.  As I embody and extend this unconditional love, we are all transformed ~ Mother Earth is blessed and healed to the core.

I bless this day and, from my relaxed, open heart and mind, everything that I need to accomplish is done effortlessly.  I am present in my life, I am happy, I am at peace, I am grateful for the honor of dancing on the earth at this time in history.  Who I am makes a difference, my contributions are valuable and unique, clients and students are attracted to my light – it reflects and encourages into expression their own light.  I am honored to serve and witness the awakening of Light on the earth through the people I serve.  I trust Spirit will guide me each step of the way, that all my desires and needs will be met beautifully and magnificently.  I wish peace, abundance and well being for myself and everyone on the planet.  I bless this day!

After ten years of teaching Reiki in the private sector and in massage schools, I’ve made the transition to teaching all levels of Reiki  on a full-time basis.

This allows me the time to offer private Reiki sessions as well.  The fee for an hour and a half  Reiki session is $65. 

WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT IN A TYPICAL REIKI SESSION?

 Typically, a client either sits or reclines on a massage table fully clothed.  A bolster is placed under the knees and a blanket is provided  to keep you warm as your body relaxes during the treatment.  The practitioner then gently places hands on or above the body.  In the traditional Reiki treatment, both sides of the body are treated with Reiki.

People’s  experiences with the treatments are unique depending on what is going on in their lives at the time.  Some people notice the heat of the practitioner’s hands as they are placed on the body.  Others notice a tingling or feeling of peace move through them. Some people remark that they don’t FEEL anything in particular but they feel much more in touch with themselves and the world around them.  Reiki, over time, influences the way one sees and experiences life in a very positive way.  

I am available for informational group presentations  about Reiki. The time is NOW for non-invasive, holistic solutions to people’s health challenges.

Reiki is an ancient Japanese healing technique that promotes wellness and balance through integrating gentle soothing energy throughout the body. When the body receives Reiki, deep relaxation activates the body’s natural ability to heal itself physically, mentally, and spiritually.

The word Reiki comes from two Japanese words, Rei, or ‘higher power,’ and Ki, which means ‘life force energy’. So Reiki is ‘Spiritually-guided Life Force Energy.’ The Reiki practitioner draws the Reiki energy into the body, accelerating the body’s natural ability to heal physical ailments, and opening the mind and spirit to the deeper causes of disease and pain. Over time, Reiki creates mental, emotional, and physical balance in the body.

One of the greatest things about Reiki is that anyone can become a practitioner. And once you are ‘attuned,’ you can use Reiki on yourself, on your family, or even on a situation. People from all walks of life are attracted to Reiki; new mothers can use Reiki to calm and bond with their babies; couple can use Reiki on one another; to help work through emotional issues; business people can perform Reiki on themselves to relieve the stress of today’s busy lifestyle.

Enjoy a Reiki Treatment…

A session of Reiki Treatment begins with the Reiki practitioner placing hands on the body, to start the flow of Reiki. With each hand placement, energy is drawn into all organs and systems. Many describe the feeling as “warmth” spreading through the body that gently calms, relaxes and relieves stress. Reiki tailors itself to each individual’s needs, so while one person will feel rested, another will feel energized and focused…whatever is needed at the time. A session lasts approximately one hour.

Become a Reiki Practitioner…

Anyone can learn and benefit from the gift of Reiki; the only requirements for learning are willingness and desire. An amazingly simple technique to learn, Reiki is not ‘taught’ in the usual sense, but is transferred to the student during a series of “attunements” given by a Reiki Master in a workshop setting. The attunements enable the student to tap into an unlimited supply of “life force energy”, and learn to draw it into the body. Reiki is first and foremost a gift one gives oneself, but students also learn how to give Reiki to others.

We can choose to turn within, to use empowering tools to help expose us to ourselves, to help ourselves heal and grow rather than developing acute or chronic physical conditions that put a damper on our creative abilities.

Your body and mind have the answers to your happiness, to your hidden potentials. Working with Reiki energy will help and guide you in your journey into wellness and wholeness.

As with anything worthwhile, the more time put into the process the more dramatic and fast the results will be. There is nothing here that forces, confronts or efforts. The answers come gently to you as you open to the work within.
One of the biggest obstacles to overcome is the need to ‘control’, to ‘make it happen’. Reiki provides the opportunity to learn at a very profound level that EVERYTHING you need, all your tools are within your body/mind. Reiki gently teaches that you have an innate wisdom which can guide you on your journey, a wisdom that over time will help you heal at a physical, emotional and spiritual level.

So how does giving yourself the gift of Reiki move you toward your answers? Reiki is intelligent, universal energy that sees the big picture about you or the situation you are facing and, when applied, will facilitate the best possible outcome for all concerned every time. There is no manipulation possible when using Reiki, for in truth, by giving Reiki to yourself or to another or to a situation, everyone benefits. It’s like a hug – you can’t give one without receiving it back.
There are also physical benefits in learning to give yourself Reiki. Most people feel relaxed, more present and grounded in their lives. The energy moves through the body and nourishes and nurtures all the organs and systems; it is all about prevention and renewal.
There are many documented cases of how Reiki is being used in medical facilities pre and post-op. Reiki is appreciated in hospice where it smoothes the journey of one in physical transition – when loved ones of someone dying learn and share Reiki with the person leaving the body, there is a connection that is inexplicable…everyone shares in the benefit of Reiki. It helps them to ‘let go’ and be present in the moment. New mothers use it to bond with their newborns. There is nothing more nurturing than touch that has been empowered by Reiki.

Reiki is about healing in the present. Every aspect of living: mental, emotional, physical or spiritual, benefits from this soothing energy. What’s more, it is not necessary to understand how it works …Reiki is the energy that makes us ‘alive’.
The more time spent with applying Reiki, the more profound life becomes. It is seen and lived from a higher, more positive point of view. We respond rather than react to life’s challenges. Reiki does not make life go away, rather it exposes life in a whole new light; everything is renewed, brighter, more inclusive. We become more aware of choices that present themselves for consideration in all aspects of our lives. We become more sensitive to the interconnectedness in everything.

How long does it take? Our journey continues until we die. New gifts and interests come our way and we are open to them and move forward. Life issues continue to present themselves and we are ‘present’, ‘aware’ of choices rather than making decisions unconsciously or from an old way of looking at life…we evolve, we express new gifts.
